What the dip-tank clean involves
Shelves, trays, side runners and racks lift out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so there is no chemical smell after we leave. We split the door where the design allows to clear the film between the panes. The oven is heat-tested and signed off before we pack up. Most HA6 houses have a driveway, so the van parks close and the racks do not travel far.
An AGA is worked by hand, never dipped, and never touched with caustic products.
