New flats by the ferry approach
The newer side of North Woolwich is the Populo Living scheme on Pier Road and Ferndale Gardens, around 350 flats across five blocks beside the ferry terminal, and as those fill the ovens are almost all integrated singles behind a matching cabinet door.
