Almost every Nine Elms flat we clean has one integrated single oven built into an open-plan kitchen, and that shapes the whole job. These are the towers along Nine Elms Lane and around Embassy Gardens, past the US Embassy that opened here in 2018, plus Nine Elms Point, Thames City and the blocks by Battersea Power Station since it reopened in October 2022. The oven sits inside a fitted cabinet, so we work a tight run of units with stone above.
The racks, shelves and side runners still lift out and soak in the heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass get degreased by hand with non-caustic products, which matters in an open-plan flat where the kitchen shares air with the living space. No caustic gel, no smell after.
The integrated-oven job
A single integrated oven is £77 and takes about ninety minutes. Most Nine Elms kitchens are a single, but the larger dual-aspect flats in the taller blocks sometimes run a double oven and a separate combination microwave, cleaned in the same visit. We heat-test and sign off the oven before we leave.

End-of-tenancy demand in the towers
Nine Elms is heavily buy-to-let and the rental churn is fast, so a large share of our bookings are check-out cleans a tenant or letting agent books before an inspection. The integrated oven is the item that fails a check-out most often, because a tenant can wipe a hob but cannot lift the runners and clean behind the fan.

How do you handle parking if the building is car-free?

Is it safe to hand-clean an integrated oven in a fitted kitchen?
Yes. We use non-caustic products indoors and take the removable parts to the van, so nothing caustic touches your cabinets.
Can you clean the combination microwave too?
Yes. A microwave is £22 added to the booking, quoted when you call.
