Mile End Old Town runs across the E1 and E3 postcodes, and the housing splits three ways once a technician is on the ground. Around Stepney Green and Assembly Passage sit the surviving Georgian and early Victorian terraces inside the Stepney Green Conservation Area, designated back in January 1973. How the clean is done
Shelves, trays and side runners come out and soak in a heated dip tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so there is no chemical smell left in a small converted-flat kitchen afterwards. The door is split to reach the inner pane where the design allows. A single takes about ninety minutes. A double runs closer to two hours.
