Numbers 52 to 55 on the west side of Newington Green are the oldest surviving brick terrace in London, Grade I listed, put up in 1658. Article 4 directions sit over both the Mildmay and Newington Green conservation areas, removing householder permitted development rights, so a good deal of what you might otherwise just get on and do to a house here needs permission first. Islington's PFI1 scheme alone covers 2,340 Georgian and Victorian homes across just 990 properties in the Highbury, Canonbury and Mildmay wards, better than two homes per building. Henry Mildmay took the estate that year, and Mildmay Park, Mildmay Grove North and Mildmay Grove South all come off it. In February 2024 TfL borrowed it again, naming the North London Line service the Mildmay line after Mildmay Mission Hospital, which started with deaconesses from St Jude's church in Mildmay Grove going into the East End during the 1860s cholera outbreak. Canonbury is the nearest station.

No, it is £77 like any other single. Integrated ovens tend to be more fiddly rather than less, since the door glass has to be split in a tight run of units.
Does the Article 4 direction affect the clean?
Not in the slightest. It governs what the freeholder can alter, not the cooker.
Where does the van go?
Islington controlled parking covers the ward and the hours differ by zone, so give us the address when you book. It has to be within carrying distance of the door, because the heated tank is in it.
