The Fox Inn sits at the middle of Matching Tye, an 18th-century pub with rooms at CM17 0QS, run by the Gibson family since 2002. Matching Tye is the more built-up of the parish settlements, west of the old church end, and its 1920s village hall on the same road still takes wedding receptions.
