The old Dylon dye factory on Worsley Bridge Road is gone, and the flats that replaced it are where a lot of our Lower Sydenham work now is. Dylon Riverside and Purbeck Gardens went up on that site by the Pool River, a short walk south of Lower Sydenham station, and nearly every one of those kitchens came with an integrated single oven. The older terraces up toward Sydenham Road are the other half of the round, and those run more freestanding cookers.
The clean itself does not change with the kitchen. Racks, shelves, trays and the side runners come out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are done by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so there is no chemical smell after and the flat is usable straight away. The oven is heat-tested and signed off before we go.
Parking is one thing Lower Sydenham makes easy. The new blocks at Dylon Riverside have undercroft and allocated bays, and the retail-park side has open surface parking, so the van and the tank sit close by rather than circling for a permit.

Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
