Longlands fits three postcode districts into a handful of streets. Dulverton Road and Agaton Road, at the New Eltham end, are SE9; Longlands Road and Longlands Park Crescent are DA15; Main Road and Woodchurch Close are DA14. The figure agreed on the call is the one on the invoice, whichever of the three postcodes the house has.
Permit zones on Longlands Road and Dulverton Road
Bexley's controlled zones include Sidcup Station and New Eltham Station, and Longlands sits between the two. On the council's CPZ road list, Longlands Road (Nos. 85 to 195 on the north side, 90 to 198 on the south) is in the Sidcup Station zone. Dulverton Road and Agaton Road are in the New Eltham Station zone. Longlands Park Crescent is not on the list at all. The council says each zone's controlled hours are on its entry signs, and outside those hours the bays are free for anyone.
A space near the front door helps. During a zone's controlled hours the council sells visitors' scratch cards, in booklets of ten, for vehicles in on-street bays; its page does not say whether a work van counts, so check with the council if the house is inside a zone. If the house faces the A211 Main Road, mention it when you book so we can plan where the van stops.

Is Longlands in Bexley or Bromley?
The postcodes listed at the top of this page are all in Bexley's Longlands ward. Wikipedia describes Longlands as straddling the Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich boundaries, with its southern edge in Bromley. The price is the same on any side of the line.
My flat is in a block off Main Road. Does that change anything?

Can the hob and the extractor be done at the same visit?

Does a weekend visit cost more?
