The Great West Road opened in 1925 and cut through the north end of Spring Grove and the hamlet of Lampton, which had barely changed since the early nineteenth century. Say which when you ring, because the price follows the appliance. New flats on the edge of Lampton Park
Lampton Park itself was farmland, part of it an orchard, until Heston and Isleworth Urban District Council bought it in 1925; George Lansbury opened it on 31 May 1930. Its north side is changing. The site of the 1970s Civic Centre is becoming a neighbourhood of 940 homes, and people have moved into the first phase, 160 affordable homes. The second phase, Lampton Parkside, adds 780 homes, mostly flats, built by Hill with Notting Hill Genesis and planned to finish by the end of the decade.

Parking in Lampton
Lampton Park Road and part of Lampton Road, towards Hounslow Central, are in the Hounslow Town Centre North zone. Hounslow's 2026 traffic order for the zone sets the permitted hours at 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday. Lampton Avenue, Sutton Dene, North Dene and Berwyn Avenue are not named in that order, so read the signs on the street. Lampton Parkside has undercroft car parking, so ask the building how a visiting van parks.

Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
