Lamorbey House is Grade II listed and has held Rose Bruford College since 1950, standing inside a registered park of about 57 hectares that Sidcup Golf Club shares with school playing fields. Getting the van to the door

No difference to the price. A 90cm range is £114 whether it stands in the original kitchen footprint or in a rear extension.
Will the house smell of chemicals afterwards?
It should not. The caustic soaking is in the van, and the hand work indoors uses non-caustic products.
