Kidbrooke Village went up on the site of the demolished Ferrier Estate, and the flats in Blackheath Quarter, Meridian Gate and City Point almost all come with the same integrated single fan oven the developer fitted new. The older side of SE3
Away from the regeneration, the streets between Shooters Hill and Rochester Way are the 1920s and 1930s Kidbrooke Park Estate, and those houses run to freestanding cookers and the odd double oven rather than the built-in single. If yours is a double, the double oven clean covers both cavities, the grill and the door glass, and it takes about two hours start to finish. We heat-test the oven and sign it off before we leave.

Yes, that is most of what we do here. The oven stays in its housing. We slide the racks out to the van tank and hand-clean the cavity and glass in the kitchen.
Do I need to book a parking space for you?
In the newer blocks the visitor or underground bay is easiest if you have access to one. On the older Kidbrooke Park streets a permit zone applies, so tell us the road and we will plan around it.
How long does a single oven take?
