Today the ward is split almost evenly between semis and terraces. At the 2021 Census, 36.4% of its 4,180 households lived in a semi-detached house, 33.6% in a terrace and 16.4% in a purpose-built flat; only 4.8% had a detached house. Round Kenmore Road, the terrace share is higher still, 45.0%.

Parking in Kenton East
Harrow's own zone map shows hardly any controlled parking in the ward. The one zone on its eastern edge, Q2 on Honeypot Lane, is controlled in the evening, from 6pm to midnight every day.
