Integrated ovens and the dip tank
Most Hoxton flats have the oven built into a run of units, so it stays in place. The removable parts, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and go to the heated tank in the van, while the cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand with non-caustic products, which means no chemical smell hanging around the flat afterwards.
