Two kinds of kitchen, one borough
Most of our Hillingdon work splits cleanly in two. North of Uxbridge, Ruislip, Eastcote, Ickenham and Northwood Hills are textbook 1930s Metroland: inter-war semis on generous plots, laid out on land auctioned from the Swakeleys estate in 1922, so streets like Swakeleys Drive, Warren Road and Thornhill Road are still row after row of the same era. Those kitchens usually hold a freestanding cooker, or in the bigger Northwood houses off Green Lane a range or an AGA. South and east it changes. Hayes and West Drayton are inter-war and post-war terraces mixed with a wave of new flats, and the ovens follow the buildings.
The new-builds matter here. The Old Vinyl Factory on the former EMI record plant and Hayes Village on the old Nestle site off Nestles Avenue have added well over a thousand flats between them, nearly all fitted with a single integrated oven behind a cabinet door. Those we book as a single oven clean at £77.

A Northwood AGA and a Hayes Village integrated single are two different jobs, and we price them differently.
Parking, permits and ULEZ
Because the parts travel from the kitchen to the van, where we stop is a real part of the day. Hillingdon fought the ULEZ expansion in the High Court in 2023 and lost, so the whole borough has sat inside the zone since that August, Heathrow edge included; our vans are compliant, and there is no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular. Uxbridge town centre runs a controlled parking zone around the terminus and the streets behind The Pavilions, so for flats near the High Street we sometimes work off a visitor bay. The Metroland roads are easier, most having their own drive.
End of tenancy near the airport
Hayes and Yeading turn over tenants fast. Much of the rental stock feeds Heathrow supply-chain and airport shift workers, several larger houses run as HMOs let room by room, and the small independent letting agents along the UB3 high streets book move-out cleans year round. A greasy oven is one of the first things an inventory clerk marks down, which is why the move-out oven clean is our steadiest line down there. West Drayton and Yiewsley are similar, the terraces along Falling Lane and Colham Avenue near the Grand Union Canal towpath.

Do you cover the far west of the borough, out past Heathrow?
Yes. West Drayton, Yiewsley, Sipson and Harmondsworth are standard bookings, and the airport side makes no difference to the price.
My flat is a new-build off Nestles Avenue with a built-in oven. Is that the £77 job?
Usually, yes. An integrated single oven behind a cabinet door is a single oven clean at £77. If a combination microwave is stacked above it, we will say so when you call.
Can you clean a Rangemaster or an AGA in Northwood?
We do. A 90cm range cooker is £114 and a two-oven AGA is £143. The AGA is heat-tested and brought back up to temperature before we sign it off, so allow a little longer.
