Most of our Hendon work sits in the bay-fronted 1930s semis that fan out from Hendon Central station, the ones with a side passage and a hipped roof. Those side passages matter to us. Parking, permits and the student lets
Parking shapes the day here. The HC2 controlled parking zone covers a chunk of NW4, and Barnet's zones run Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:30, so a mid-morning slot on a controlled road means we sort a visitor voucher or park a little further and carry the trays down. On the semis with off-street driveways it is a non-issue. The bigger cluster is around Middlesex University's campus on The Burroughs. Those streets are thick with student lets, and the end-of-tenancy rush every summer brings a wave of ovens that have not been touched all year.
A single oven takes about ninety minutes. A double is closer to two hours. We heat-test and sign off the oven before we leave, so you know it works before we drive away.

No. The price is the same across all of NW4. A single oven is £77 whether you are on a terrace off Brent Street or a detached house on The Ridgeway. There is no premium-area surcharge and no call-out fee inside the North Circular.
My oven is a rental near Middlesex University and it is filthy. Can it be saved?
Usually, yes. Student and let-property ovens are a lot of what we do around The Burroughs. The dip-tank shifts grease that spray-on products leave behind, and most tenancy ovens come back looking right for the check-out.
Will the dip-tank work on my driveway if the road is a controlled zone?
The van parks on your driveway or a nearby spot, and the tank stays with the van. On an HC2 road during controlled hours we handle the permit side. It rarely holds anything up.
Can you clean the hob and extractor at the same visit?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, done alongside the oven in the same slot. Say so when you book and we allow the time.
