Heathfield is inter-war housing nearly all the way through
Richmond council's own locality assessment describes Heathfield, Whitton and West Twickenham as a largely residential area built in the 1930s and made up mostly of inter-war housing, and that matches what we see: semis and short terraces with a galley kitchen at the back, a rear extension on maybe half, and an integrated single oven at chest height. The Twickenham event zone, Zone R, switches on from 11am to 11pm across a lot of TW2 whenever there is a big crowd at the stadium, and permits from the Whitton zones stay valid inside it. Powder Mill Lane and the streets round Heathfield Rec, where the 110 runs, are narrow enough that we look for the bay first.
