How the dip-tank clean works
The removable parts, racks, shelves, trays and side runners, go into a heated tank in the van and soak while we work. Everything fixed, the cavity, fan cover and door glass, is degreased by hand with non-caustic products, so nothing lingers afterwards. We split the door to reach the inner glass where the build allows, then heat-test the oven and sign it off.
