A lot of the Hampton kitchens we clean sit in the interwar semis built north of the railway line, along the old lanes off Uxbridge Road, and because those houses tend to have a driveway we can pull the van straight onto the drive, lift the racks and trays out, and drop them into the heated dip-tank while the cavity is degreased indoors. Parking here is easy.
The other big pocket is the Nurserylands estate west of the village, roughly 48 roads laid out on the old glasshouse sites through the 1980s. Integrated single ovens are common there. Closer to the river, around Thames Street and Church Street in old Hampton, the cottages are older and the kitchens tighter, so we plan those jobs for a bit more time.
We cover the streets off Station Road down to the AGA and range cookers in the larger family houses near Bushy Park. Range cookers turn up often here.
How the clean works
The method is the same whether it is a single fan oven or a two-oven AGA. Shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in the tank in the van. Everything else is hand-cleaned inside with non-caustic products, so no smell is left after. We heat-test and sign off the oven before we go. A single takes about ninety minutes, a double closer to two hours.

Parking around Hampton
Most of Hampton is not a controlled parking zone, which keeps the day simple. The few tighter spots sit near the station and along parts of Station Road, where daytime parking fills up around the shops. If you are in a period cottage by the river with no off-street space, tell us when you book.
Do you cover the whole of TW12?
Yes. Hampton, the streets around Hampton Hill on the border, the Nurserylands roads and down to the river are all TW12 and all covered seven days a week.
My oven is a Rangemaster. Can you clean it?
Yes. Range cookers are common in the family houses here. The 90cm range is £114 and takes a little longer than a double.
Will there be a smell after?
No. The cavity is cleaned by hand with non-caustic products, not caustic gel, and the racks are soaked out in the van.
Can you do an end-of-tenancy clean before a check-out?
Yes, a common booking here given the family lets near the station. We clean to the standard a letting agent inspects against and time it to the check-out.
Said after the sign-off
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
