Grove Green is a Waltham Forest ward in the Leyton and Wanstead constituency, named after Grove Green Road. The A12 Hackney to M11 link road was pushed through Leyton, Leytonstone and Wanstead to the Redbridge Roundabout and opened to traffic in 1999, officially that October, and back in March 1993 the government put the number of properties scheduled for demolition at 263, displacing 550 people. Getting near the front door
Leytonstone station on the Central line and the A12 are both close, and terraces of this age came with on-street parking rather than driveways. Parts travel to the tank and back, so we want a space near the front. That is our end of it. No premium for E11 and no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular.
