The 2021 Census counted 5,032 households in Greenwich Peninsula ward, which takes in the Millennium Village and the towers to the north. 83.6% lived in a purpose-built block of flats and 10.2% in a terraced house. Private renters were the largest group at 39.4%; owners made up 33.8%, social renters 20.8%, and 5.9% of households were in shared ownership.

Parking for the van at the Millennium Village
Royal Greenwich's directory of controlled parking zones has no entry for the Millennium Village streets, so the signs on your street and your block's own rules decide where a van can stop. Pedestrians and cyclists were given priority at the village centre, so the nearest legal space may be a short walk from the door. If you know where trades usually park, tell us when you call.

Someone needs to let us in and look at the lit oven at the end. For an empty let, keys can be collected by arrangement with the landlord or agent.

Straight away. It is put back together and heated before we leave, and you check it while it is lit.
