Greenhill Way sits about 360 yards from Harrow-on-the-Hill station, which makes this the one part of Harrow where the kitchen is more often above a shop than behind a front garden. This is the town centre ward, and it is being rebuilt.
The building pipeline is unusually large for one ward
Harrow's regeneration plans were approved in January 2024. The square, the kiosks and the market
Greenhill Place was built by CarverHaggard to a council brief for a new square for Harrow, with five kiosks for food businesses and space for markets, events and play. The brief said plainly that Greenhill is one of the most deprived areas in Harrow, with poor access to play and green space. St Ann's Road got market space in the same programme.
