A good deal of our NW11 work sits in the 1930s mansion blocks off Golders Green Road and the Edwardian houses along North End Road, where a built-in single or a freestanding cooker is the norm. The clean, step by step
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and go into a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are done by hand with non-caustic products, which is why a mansion-block kitchen that opens onto the hall is left with no chemical smell. Where the door design allows we split it and clear the glass. Then it is rebuilt, heat-tested and signed off. Ninety minutes or so for a single, about two hours for a double.
The Suburb ovens
The Suburb houses hold the wide ranges and cast-iron cookers the flats never do. If yours is a two-oven AGA, that is its own job; the detail sits on our AGA cleaning page. The price does not change because the postcode is smart. It changes because the appliance is bigger.
Getting the van close
Parts ferry to the tank, so a nearby spot matters. Golders Green Road and the crossroads by the station stay busy, and the town centre sits inside a conservation area with restricted kerbside. Side streets off North End Road are calmer. Give us the parking picture when you book. NW11 is outside the ULEZ charge zone.

Can you clean my oven before Passover?
Yes. Spring is our busiest run here, so book early. We strip the oven down and clean it fully; the kashering is done by you or your rabbi afterwards.
Do you clean AGAs and Rangemasters in the Suburb?
We do, often. A two-oven AGA is £143 and a 90cm range is £114. Both take longer than a standard oven, so allow extra time on the day.
Is there a surcharge for a Hampstead Garden Suburb address?
No. A single oven is £77 in the Suburb and £77 in a Golders Green Road flat. Only the appliance moves the price.
