Garston's post-war council estates
Watford's character study, adopted by the council in 2011, describes that estate as laid out around cul-de-sacs and green spaces, in a style it calls transitional between the inter-war estates and the modernist ones of the 1960s and 1970s. Parking for the van in Garston
None of the roads on Watford council's lists for its 19 controlled parking zones (read on 5 October 2026) is in Garston, so there is no zone letter to look up on the Watford side. Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
