Fulham Reach is 744 flats across six blocks on Parr's Way, Goldhurst, Faulkner, Henley, Fairfax, Brunswick and Palmer House, built by St George on the old distillery site over roughly a decade. That means the oven in your kitchen is almost certainly the same oven as the one two floors up. Nearly every flat here has one integrated single behind a matched cabinet door, no freestanding cookers, no range, and no AGA anywhere on the 7.25 acres as far as we have ever seen.
New ovens still need doing
People assume a flat finished in 2017 or 2020 does not need much. The units at Faulkner House are eight years old now, and eight years of roasting with the fan on bakes carbon onto the fan cover and the inner door glass just as surely as it does in a Victorian terrace. The difference is that these ovens are tucked into tall housings with a worktop above and a cupboard below, so the cavity is tight to work in. Racks, shelves and side runners come out and go down to the tank in the van. Everything indoors is done by hand with non-caustic products.
Access and the underground car park
Parking is a gated underground car park at extra cost, which is fine for residents and no use to a van on a two-hour job. We work out the loading arrangement with your concierge beforehand. Hammersmith station is a short walk, so if you are letting the flat out and the agent is meeting us, that usually goes smoothly. We also clean the induction hobs in the Distillery Wharf kitchens at £23–28 while we are there.

Will you damage an expensive integrated oven?
We are insured and DBS-checked, we split the door where the design allows, and we heat-test before signing off. The specification here is high and we treat it that way.
Is there a smell afterwards?
No. The caustic work is in the van tank. Flats here have mechanical cooling rather than open windows, which is exactly why we do it that way.
Can you come for an end of tenancy check-out?
Yes. Seven days a week, and the price is the same whether it is your home or a let.
