Feltham West is small, dense and moving fast
The ward holds 16,223 people across 3.184 square kilometres, and the Mayor made Feltham town centre a Housing Zone back in March 2016 with a target of over 3,000 new homes. Height barriers are the one real obstacle
The dip tank is in the van and the van is tall. New blocks with undercroft or basement parking have a height barrier on the way in, so we park on the road and carry the racks. That is fine on the older streets. Tell us on the phone if you are high up in one of the newer blocks, because that changes how we plan the slot rather than the price.
Nothing caustic comes through your front door. The tank stays outside on the kerb.
How the clean actually runs
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners soak in the heated tank in the van. Cavity, fan cover and door glass are hand-degreased indoors with non-caustic products, so no chemical smell is left for the incoming tenant. Doors split where the design allows. Every oven is heat-tested before we leave.
Will this pass a letting agent inventory check?
That depends on the clerk, but a dip-tanked oven with clear glass and clean runners is what they are looking for.
Do you charge extra for Feltham?

Said after the sign-off
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
