How long does a range cooker take?
A 90cm range takes 2 to 3 hours on site. A double oven takes about 2 hours and a single about 90 minutes.
Where does the cleaning happen?
The racks, trays and side runners come out and are soaked and cleaned separately. The cavity, door glass and seals are cleaned by hand, normally in your kitchen. Some teams have a heated tank on the van and use it when they can park close; otherwise everything is done in the kitchen. The price is the same either way, so ask when you book.
Do I need to be in for the whole visit?
Someone needs to let us in and to be there at the end, when the oven is heated and you look inside before we pack up.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
