East Croydon station took 20.592 million entries and exits in 2024-25, the 20th busiest in Britain and the busiest national rail station in London outside zones 1 and 2. The newer towers on Cherry Orchard Road and Lansdowne Road are residential from the start, which means hundreds of compact kitchens with one integrated single oven each.

My lease says no strong chemicals in the building. Is that a problem?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the tank in the van, outside. What comes indoors is non-caustic, and there is no smell left behind.
How long do you need in a one-bedroom flat?
About ninety minutes for a single oven. Two hours for a double.
Can you fit a check-out clean the day the tenancy ends?
Often, since we work seven days. The door glass is split where the design allows, which is where an inventory clerk starts.
Do you need a lift booking?
Some managed blocks want one for trades, and it is worth asking your concierge before the appointment rather than on the day, because a tank full of hot solution in the van downstairs does not wait well while somebody hunts for a key.
