How the clean works
Racks, shelves, trays and the side runners lift out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, the fan cover and the door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, and where the design allows we split the door to reach the inner glass. Then the oven is switched on, heat-tested and signed off before we leave. No chemical smell is left behind. A single takes about ninety minutes; a double is nearer two hours, and a range a little longer again.

Parking near the centre
The streets around Ealing Broadway are controlled parking zone W, enforced weekdays roughly 9am to 5pm, so Bond Street, The Broadway and the roads by the station want a permit in the day. Dickens Yard has managed underground parking, which we do not use; we load kerbside on the approach. Up in the residential avenues the daytime controls are lighter, so a family home on Mount Park Road is an easier stop than anything right by the station at lunchtime. Since 2023 the London-wide ULEZ covers all of W5, the same as the rest of the city.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
