At 109 Clive Road, Dudley House is dated 1882: Ralph Gardiner, the master plasterer who did the plasterwork at Dulwich College, built it as his home and as a showroom for his skills, with stucco bargeboards and a rusticated ground floor. It is listed at Grade II.
