Getting the van in
Parking is easy. The estate was laid out with wide verges and front gardens, so there is usually room to pull up outside. The shops on Downham Way and by the Downham Tavern are the parades we pass. Downham is inside the London-wide ULEZ and our vans meet the standard. Grove Park station, which supplied the narrow-gauge railway that built the estate, is the nearest rail, and we work seven days.

We do. A lot of the estate is let, and we sign the oven off for the check-out inventory.

Can you add the hob and extractor on the same visit?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, added to the oven price.
