Most of our Dalston jobs sit within a few streets of Kingsland High Street, in the Victorian terraces off Sandringham Road and Balls Pond Road, with the rest in the newer flats around Dalston Square. If you are on Kingsland High Street, or a red-route stretch of the A10, tell us on the phone and we sort where the van goes first. Carrying racks a hundred metres is normal here. It changes nothing about the finish.
Rental churn is heavy in this part of E8. A lot of what we get called out for is an end-of-tenancy clean before a flat off Dalston Lane changes hands, and the oven is the thing an inventory clerk marks down first. How long does a single oven take?
About ninety minutes for a single. A double is nearer two hours. If you have a hob or an extractor hood on the same run, we do it in the one visit.
Will there be a smell afterwards?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the tank in the van, and everything done inside is by hand with non-caustic products. We heat-test the oven and sign it off before we go, so you can use it the same evening.
Do you cover the new flats around Dalston Square?
Yes. The integrated single ovens in those blocks are the most common job we do in E8. We clean the fixed cavity in place.
Can you come at the weekend?
We work seven days. Weekends around Dalston book up fast on end-of-tenancy dates, so call ahead if your move-out day is fixed.
