The council houses off Savage Gardens
North of the station the picture changes. Council houses went up on Savage Gardens just before the First World War, and the streets off East Ham Manor Way and Winsor Terrace hold more freestanding cookers than the riverside flats do, because a house has room for one where a new flat has none. On a freestanding double or a range, the racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in the heated tank in the van. The cavity and door glass are then degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so the kitchen does not reek when we leave.

Integrated ovens by the water
The bread and butter in Cyprus is the built-in single behind a matching cabinet door. On those we split the door where the glass design allows and clean the inner pane most tenants can never get at. If a flat has a full-height built-in double instead, that is the double oven clean we do around the Royal Albert Dock at the fixed rate above. The oven is heat-tested before we go.
Parking near Woolwich Manor Way
Parking counts here because the racks ferry out to the van and back, and the riverside estates sit inside Newham's Royal Docks and Beckton resident permit zones, so we look for a bay or a side road off Woolwich Manor Way. The whole borough has been inside the ULEZ since 2019, our van meets the standard, and there is no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular.

Do you do end-of-tenancy oven cleans for the student flats near the campus?
Yes, that is a lot of what we do in Cyprus. A built-in single is £77, and the oven is heat-tested so the landlord can sign it off.
Is there a surcharge for the E6 postcode?
No. The price is fixed on the phone. There is no premium for Beckton and no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular.
Will the kitchen smell of chemicals afterwards?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the tank in the van. Indoors we use only non-caustic products.
Can you clean the hob and microwave too?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and a microwave is £22 alongside the oven.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
