The village this ward is named after does not exist any more. Henry VIII had Cuddington, its mansion and its church swept away to make room for Nonsuch Palace and its two parks: the Great Park of 911 acres, which later became Worcester Park, and the Little Park of 671 acres. The houses carrying the name went up long afterwards, as the railway pushed out this way. Cuddington ward sits in Epsom and Ewell rather than Sutton, elects three borough councillors, and held 5,791 people at the 2001 census. It is the part of Worcester Park south of the A232.

Berkeley finished it in 2021, thirty acres on the site of former sewage works, put up in a Colonial Revival style with conservation wetlands inside it. Cuddington School is a primary on Salisbury Road near the Stoneleigh border, and Linden Bridge, a special school for ages 4 to 19, is on Grafton Road. The interwar and postwar houses on roads like these hold on to a freestanding cooker more often, and the Worcester Park post town covers all of it, reaching into Old Malden as well.

Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
