The oven varies by which end of Manchester Road you are on. The whole Isle of Dogs is Tower Hamlets Zone D, with permit-only bays from 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, so a morning slot on Manchester Road or the side streets can mean a hunt for space while the tank waits in the van.
