Cranford has one High Street and two halves of it

The van does the soaking, we do the rest by hand
Loose parts go into the heated tank outside. Cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased indoors by hand with non-caustic products, so the kitchen does not smell of anything when we go. Doors split where the design allows. Every oven is heat-tested first.
Which borough are you billing, Hounslow or Hillingdon?
Neither. TW5 is one price list.
Can you get to the houses near St Dunstan's?
Yes. St Dunstan's sits in Cranford Park next to the old stable block, and the lanes round it are narrow, so we may park a short walk off and carry the racks in.
Do you clean the oven or replace the bits?
Clean. If a bulb has gone or a seal has perished we will point it out, but we are not selling you parts.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
