The builder Nash had put up more than 2,000 houses here before war broke out in 1939, so most of Collier Row is bay-fronted interwar semis running off Collier Row Road, with post-war infill in the gaps. Parking off the crossroads
Parking is usually easy on the residential side roads, which have driveways and generous kerbs. The exception is the shopping parade around the central crossroads, one of Havering's town centres with over seventy shops, where loading bays and short-stay restrictions on Collier Row Road mean we drop the tank near the door and move on. Do you clean double ovens in the extended semis?
Yes. A double is £110 and takes about two hours. Tell us the make when you book so we bring the right runners.
Is the oven usable straight after?
It is. We heat-test it and sign it off before leaving, and the non-caustic products mean nothing needs airing out.
Can you add the hob and extractor to the booking?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, added to whichever oven price applies.
Do you cover the streets up towards Chase Cross?
We do. RM5 up to Chase Cross and Clockhouse Lane is all within our area, seven days a week.
