For the AGAs in the larger Bedford Park houses we book a longer slot, since a two-oven cast-iron cooker is a different job from a domestic double. Our AGA cleaning covers the enamel, the hotplates and the flue clean-out.
Common questions from Chiswick
Do you clean range cookers as well as built-in ovens?
Yes. A 90cm range is £114 and takes a bit longer than a standard double. The burners and the hob top come apart and go in the tank with the shelves.
Will the flat smell of chemicals afterwards?
No. The caustic soak happens in the tank in the van. Indoors we use non-caustic products by hand, so there is no fumey smell when we go.
Can you come at the weekend?
We work seven days. Weekends book up fast around the school-run streets, so a few days notice helps for a Saturday.
How long does a double oven take?
Around two hours for a standard double. A single is about ninety minutes. We heat-test and sign off before leaving.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
