Chessington North station opened on 28 May 1939, built in concrete in the Art Deco style of the decade and designed by James Robb Scott, the same year the housebuilders were filling in the fields around it. Why does a hob have a price range rather than one price?
Because a flat ceramic top and a gas hob with cast burner crowns and pan supports are different amounts of work. You are told which before we start.
Do you need a parking space right outside?
Near the door helps, since the parts are walked out to the tank and back. Most streets round here have driveways or unrestricted kerb.
My oven is self-cleaning. Is there any point?
A liner burns off some splatter at high heat. It does nothing for the shelves, the runners or the glass, and those are the parts that go in the tank.
