Dolphin Square alone gives us a steady run of work here, 1,234 flats across thirteen blocks named after navigators and admirals, put up in neo-Georgian brick between 1935 and 1937. Walk from Grosvenor Road to Lupus Street and you pass three eras of housing, unusual for so tight a patch. Integrated ovens in the new builds
The Grosvenor Waterside and Dolphin Square flats mostly run an integrated single, the £77 job at about ninety minutes. A double is £110 and closer to two hours. Either way the oven is heat-tested before we go. For a fitted single the single oven clean is what most people here book, often with the hob and extractor on the same visit.
Parking on the river side
Grosvenor Road along the embankment is a busy through route and parking near the water is controlled. This is a Westminster zone, the resident permits are virtual now, and the pay-to-park charges rose on 2 March 2026. On a warm day the residents' bays fill early, so the tech parks where he legally can and walks the parts to the van. No surcharge, no call-out fee inside the Circulars.

Will there be a smell afterwards?
No. Only the removable parts soak, outside in the tank. Indoors we use non-caustic products by hand, so the kitchen is fine to cook in the same night.
