Four parking zones either side of Chingford Road
The council's borough zone map splits these streets four ways. Roberts Road, Beresford Road and Kitchener Road are zone CE, controlled Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm. Across the main road, Brettenham Road and Aveling Park Road are Lloyd Park North (LPN), Monday to Saturday, 8am to 9pm, and Penrhyn Avenue is Banbury Park (BP), Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6.30pm. Further east along Brookscroft Road, Fulbourne Road North (FRN) is controlled only from 10am to 4pm on weekdays.
