Oven cleaning across Chadwell Heath, RM6, single ovens from £77, seven days a week, with the racks lifted out and soaked in a heated tank in the van.
The residential grid off the A118 High Road is where most of our RM6 work sits. Wangey Road, Green Lane, Hewett Road and the streets between them are 1920s and 1930s semis and terraces, and many keep a freestanding cooker in a fitted kitchen rather than a built-in double. The older houses have suspended timber ground floors, so the technician sets the tank down carefully and works clean.
The RM6 kitchens, from High Road to Marks Gate
Along the High Road itself there are Victorian terraces and converted flats above the shops, which run smaller ovens, while the Marks Gate estate to the north is mostly flats with integrated singles. A single is £77 whichever kind you have. The method is the same on all of them: shelves, trays and side runners lift out into the heated dip tank in the van, while the cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so there is no chemical smell once we finish.
Tenancy turnover in RM6
Chadwell Heath sees a lot of landlord work. Barking and Dagenham brought in a borough-wide selective licensing scheme on 6 April 2025, so most rented houses and flats here now need a property licence, and inspections have pushed up demand for the end-of-tenancy oven clean. We often do the oven and hob together for a checkout. The full price list shows the hob and extractor add-ons.
Parking and getting to the door
Parking is kinder here than in inner London. Many RM6 houses have a driveway, and the side streets off the High Road are mostly free to stop on, so the van gets close and the trays do not travel far. RM6 is inside the ULEZ. If your road is tight near the station, say so when you book.

Do you do end-of-tenancy oven cleans for landlords?
Yes, and they are a big part of the RM6 round. We clean the oven to inspection standard, do the hob if you want it, and can time it around a checkout.
The oven is filthy after the last tenant. Can you shift it?
Usually, yes. The dip tank handles baked-on grease on the metal parts, and the hand work brings back the cavity and glass. A bad one takes longer, not more money.
Is the oven usable straight after?
Yes. We heat-test it and sign it off before we leave, so it can go straight back into use.

Reviews from our rounds
Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
Brilliant clean, my oven looks like brand new. A 5 star clean.
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
