West of Caledonian Road, above Bingfield Street, the Bemerton Estate holds 737 homes across fourteen blocks put up between 1969 and 1973. Parking is the part people forget
Islington runs a lot of zones and they are not uniform. Most hold Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm plus Saturday mornings, but zones C and K are controlled twenty-four hours a day including Sunday, so around here the van needs a visitor voucher or a legitimate bay whatever the hour. Tell us your zone letter when you book. It saves a phone call later.

Racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and go into the heated dip tank in the van. Cavity, fan cover and door glass are hand-degreased indoors with non-caustic products, and the door is split where the design allows it. Oven heat-tested, then signed off.

How long does it take?
A single is about ninety minutes, a double around two hours. Ranges take longer than the numbers suggest because there is more glass.
Will there be a smell in a basement kitchen?
No. The caustic work happens outside in the van tank. Basements are exactly why we do it that way.
Can you clean the hob and hood on the same visit?
Yes, if you say so at booking. Hob £23–28, extractor hood £28, microwave £22.
Said after the sign-off
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
