Burgh Heath stopped being a parish in its own right after 1414 and was absorbed into Banstead, even though the Domesday Book had recorded a church here. The present St Mary's is Gothic revival, finished in 1909. What actually leaves the kitchen?
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners. They go out to the heated tank in the van and soak there while the cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased indoors by hand with non-caustic products.
Do I need to be in for the whole visit?
Someone needs to let us in and be there at the end, because the oven is heat-tested and signed off in front of you.
