The two postcodes here are lopsided. SW1H is government and offices, Petty France and Broadway and very little else you would cook in, while nearly all of the flats sit on the SW1E side: Buckingham Gate itself, Palace Street, Vandon Street. Parking here is Zone D, and it matters
Westminster's Zone D covers Victoria, Westminster and Millbank, so everything around Buckingham Gate is controlled, and the whole area is inside the Congestion Charge and the ULEZ.
