The wide tree-lined streets nearer Brondesbury Park Overground station are easier, and the whole area is inside the ULEZ, which is fine because our van is compliant.

No. The caustic soaking happens in the tank in the van, not indoors. The hand work inside uses non-caustic products, so the kitchen does not smell of chemicals afterwards.
How soon can you come?
