The A12 Blackwall Tunnel Approach cuts Bromley-by-Bow in two, and most of our work sits on the estate side: the Aberfeldy Estate, rebuilt from 1947 after the wartime bombing, and the blocks off St Leonard's Street. The dip-tank method, defined

- A heated soak tank kept in the van. Racks, shelves, trays and side runners go into it and the burnt-on layer lifts off, away from your kitchen.
- By-hand degrease
- The cavity, fan cover and door glass are cleaned indoors with non-caustic products, so there is no chemical smell left in the flat.
Where the door design allows we split it and clean the inner pane of glass, then the oven is heat-tested and signed off before we leave. A single takes about ninety minutes; a double runs closer to two hours.
The new flats near the tube
Bromley-by-Bow tube runs the District and Hammersmith and City lines, and the newer blocks either side of it fill quickly with renters, so we get a steady run of end-of-tenancy work where the oven has to pass a check-out inventory. For the built-in single these flats carry, our single oven clean is the usual booking, and the dip tank returns the racks and door glass to a standard the inventory clerk signs off.
Parking off St Leonard's Street
Bromley-by-Bow sits in a Tower Hamlets controlled parking zone, and the hours run differently street to street, so tell us the road and we check the bay before the visit. The A12 slip roads are red routes with no stopping, so we never work from those. The estate roads off the Aberfeldy end are usually the easier place to get the van close. It is all inside the North and South Circular, ULEZ vans, no call-out fee.
