Throgmorton Avenue is private and the rest is metered
Drapers' Hall and Carpenters' Hall sit on Throgmorton Avenue, which the two companies own between them, so it is not a road we treat as parking. The ward is inside the City's controlled parking zone and there are no residents' bays to fall back on. We use meters and loading restrictions, and the Congestion Charge has been £18 a day since 2 January 2026. It is on us, not on the invoice, and the same goes for the extractor hoods in the Liverpool Street serviced flats where the filter is usually worse than the oven.

No. Domestic ovens only, including those in corporate and serviced lets.
How long does a single oven take?
About ninety minutes. A double is nearer two hours.
Can a managing agent book several flats in one visit?

What happens to the racks and trays?
They come out to a heated dip tank in the van and soak while the cavity, fan cover and door glass are done by hand indoors. Everything goes back in before we heat-test it.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
