The cavity, fan cover and door glass get degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products. No chemical smell after, and the oven is heat-tested before we sign it off.
Parking is the real job here
West of Brick Lane the council runs resident-permit bays from 8.30am to 10pm, seven days, which is unusual for London and it shapes how we plan a visit. On the terraces around Fournier Street a technician often parks a short walk off and carries the tray rack in. We build that into the slot. The van holds the tank, so nothing wet crosses your floor.

Can you reach a fifth-floor warehouse flat with no lift?
Yes. The tank stays in the van, so a technician only carries the removable parts and a hand kit up the stairs. Some of the older Brick Lane conversions have narrow staircases, and we manage them fine.
Do you clean the integrated ovens common in the new-build flats?
We do. An integrated single is the standard fitting in the recent E1 developments, and the £77 price covers it. We do not pull the whole unit out of the run.
How long does a single oven take?
About ninety minutes. A double is closer to two hours. We book seven days, so a Sunday clean before a Monday check-in is easy.
Is there a surcharge for a Spitalfields postcode?
No. The price is the same across London. Brick Lane pays £77 for a single like anywhere else.

Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
