In the 2021 Census output area that holds the postcodes of those two parks, 95 of the 112 households (84.8%) lived in a caravan or other mobile or temporary structure, and 78 of its 154 residents were 65 or over: just over half, against 23.8% across Mole Valley. Across the whole Box Hill and Headley ward, the 2021 Census counted 418 of 980 households (42.7%) in such a home. Getting the van up to the village
The National Trust says the Zig Zag Road is narrow with tight hairpin bends and not suitable for large vehicles, and tells coaches and other large vehicles to come up through Box Hill village from the east instead, by the B2032 and/or B2033 and Box Hill Road. Surrey County Council's 2026 parking review for Mole Valley has no proposals in the village. On a park home site the roads are often the site owner's, so check the park's rules or ask the office where a visiting van may stop; on the public roads, read the signs.

Yes, seven days a week, and Saturday or Sunday costs the same as a weekday.
Will someone need to be home?
Yes. The oven is heated after it is reassembled, and you look inside it before we pack up.
