Most of our Blackwall diary is the flats at New Providence Wharf, the Ballymore development along Fairmont Avenue and Yabsley Street at the north mouth of the Blackwall Tunnel. Ontario Tower and Charrington Tower stack hundreds of flats between them, and nearly every one has the same slim integrated single oven fitted flush under a runner of worktop. Integrated ovens in the towers
These are compact galley kitchens with the oven built in at eye level or under the hob, and the door glass is usually the worst of it. Racks, shelves and the side runners lift out and soak in the heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and glass are then degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so a small flat with the windows shut holds no chemical smell after. We heat-test the oven and sign it off before we go. A single runs about ninety minutes.
Not everything here is new-build. Older council and ex-council flats sit back off Blackwall Way and towards East India, and those often have a freestanding cooker instead. The method is the same either way.
What it costs
Prices are fixed and quoted on the phone. No premium-area surcharge, no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular. A single covers most of the tower flats, and our single oven clean is the one we book most in E14.

Getting in and parking
The towers are the practical challenge, not the oven. Tell us the block, the floor and whether there is a loading bay or visitor space, because the tank ferries from the van and a long walk through a lobby and up a lift adds real time to a job booked at a fixed price. Blackwall is inside the ULEZ and inside Tower Hamlets controlled parking, and our vans meet the standard.
Do you clean the integrated ovens at New Providence Wharf?
Yes, we are there most weeks. Almost all are a single integrated oven, the £77 clean. Give us the block name and floor when you book.
Is the oven usable straight after?
Yes. We heat-test it and sign it off, and the non-caustic products mean nothing to air out in a sealed flat.
Can you fit an end-of-tenancy clean around a check-out?
We can. Give us the date, and we sign the oven off so the inventory clerk has it done. Seven days a week helps.
Can you do the hob and extractor too?
Yes, in the one visit. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, on top of the oven price.
